Thank you Alex, you were very professional with my family. How I found out about these people I was disgruntled at a local hardware store so instead of giving them my hard earn dollars I thought I would try a local business. I typed in water heater on YELP and they were second on the list. The catchy name caught my eye due to a childhood reference of the shoe store Payless shoes. I call my plumber and he did not get back to me either. They sent me a picture text of the technician and his name so I knew who I was expecting in my 2 hour window. I miss understood when I thought it would be 10-12 meaning the start time but that was the window time of arrival. The installation process took a little less than 3hrs including billing and paperwork. I didn't know these things could be so expensive. They were $200 less than the local hardware store with a great warranty and it's a US company with a US product! So I was sold already! They installed next day, same day if you get them earlier enough in the morning! They had a live person each time I called on the phone, I called 8pm on a Sunday and I had a representative name Sasha on the phone talk to me about the whole process. 8pm-9pm, ON A SUNDAY!!!! The late night hours really instilled confidence that I was going to be taken care of. I want to say thank you again!! I will refer!!"
