Aldrin was the man! He replaced a few parts for us in our Noritz tankless water heater. He finished the job in an hour when other plumbers were quoting me a half day of work for the same task. Great service done, still waiting for my receipt it my email to confirm all the prices are finalized. I believe the billing department is closed on the weekend which could explain why I do not have it yet.

We were very pleased with the outcome of the repair of our tankless heater. Technician Jared did a fine job of explaining the situation, and proper ways to address the repair going forward. When he was done, he suggested different filtration systems to use and how they affected the warranty. Payless was also superior in keeping lines of communication open and texting messages of information vital to our appointment and technician info along with a picture of Jared. Absolutely superior effort on both the company and our technician to make us feel like we had made the right choice when calling Payless Water Heaters. They operate as a family and treated us like we were family.
