Great experience with Joel. He was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable on the plumbing side. He replaced the water heater with a Bradford White heater, Very nice guy,…he took the time to explain the pilot lighting and flushing procedures, Price was competitive. I would definitely recommend.

Our technician Juan Carlos (JC) was professional, friendly and efficient. He explained the procedures for the installation and once completed discussed the safety features of our new water heater, when we would hear from a city inspector and made sure we knew how to turn off the water and gas should there be any issues. He cleaned up the work area and answered any questions we had. It was a pleasure having JC as our water heater installer.

I placed an evening call to Payless Water Heaters, after discovering I had no hot water. My call was promptly responded to, and Adan was able to replace my water heater the following day. He was prompt, and thoroughly explained my options to either repair or replace my 16 year old water heater. Since I had recently replaced a part on the water heater three months ago, I decided it was time to purchase a new one. Adan did a great job, he was courteous and maticulus about the installation.
