Daniel was very good. Showed on time explained what needed to be done and completed job in 2 hour time frame and did a good clean up job.

I had a great experience with Paylees Water Heaters. Our igniter/thermostat failed and Joey came out the same day to get everything sorted. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get the repairs done on the same day. I'd highly recommend giving them a call!

This company and the technician who came out, Spencer, were both really great.

I appreciated that the appointment window was 2 hours instead of the usual 6 to 8 hours. And Spencer arrived within the first 30 minutes.

Also, what was great was how on top of the communication they were. No voicemails, no AI bots, just a live operator each time. And that live operator kept me abreast of what was happening, and what was going to happen.

As for Spencer, he was great! He's a quiet, youngish guy who seems sincere and serious about his work. Just kind of goes about his work, shoots straight with his explanations, and there's no sense of any type of upselling.

He did the install in about 3 - 4 hours, and was quiet, courteous, and efficient with the whole thing. Left the place tidy and clean.

If I have any future plumbing issues, I'll be calling this company and asking for Spencer.
