Came home last night to find our water heater leaking all over the garage floor. Put in a text to Payless after hours and after determining it wasn't an emergency, they arranged to reach out in the morning. Got a text at 7AM arranging a visit from their plumber/technician between 8-10AM. The contacted me when their tech was within 15 minutes of arrival. Juan C showed up. Super friendly and personable. He checked the situ and we did indeed need a new water heater. He was able to quickly offer solutions at different price points. There was no pressure to upsell or pushiness to choose the most expensive option. I felt I got the product and service I needed/wanted. Juan got everything up to code and the work was very well done. In every way this is what you expect professional service to be. I could tell Juan takes pride in his work. He was also able to solve a known ongoing issue with our house water regulator while he was here, which will extend the life of all our water appliances and faucets. Besides being an unexpected expense, this was about as painless as it gets. Can't recommend Payless and Juan C enough.

Joey showed up exactly as promised and was friendly and professional from the start. He explained very clearly the issues and potential issues with all of the options for repair and maintenance. I asked for a quote to replace the unit and he gave me one, and said that the work would still be completed that same day (in just a couple hours even). He did exactly as he promised and seemed very happy to be of service. If everyone at Payless performs their work with the same enthusiasm and precision as he did then they truly have themselves an outstanding company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and my whole family enjoyed hot showers soon after he left for the day.

Office staff are patient and attentive. The Installer, Carlos, was on time and finished installing the new tankless water heater exactly when he estimated he would! Their prices are fair and their price match offer is stellar. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic work. Plumbers spent two weeks not solving the problem with intermittent/no hot water. In addition to the $3908 that we paid out, they recommended an additional $11,149 in additional work including replacing the heater. I asked the tech "Can we try to open it up, flush, clean?" Instead they recommended a new tankless heater. David fixed the problem in a morning, and the water runs better than it ever has.
