Everything was handled very professionally from our initial contact with Payless about a possible gas leak to the follow-up work done by Eduardo in testing and confirming that the leak had been corrected.

Called Payless and technician was at my home within an hour to repair leaking valve on water heater.

The short story was that the line that was connected to the cold water main was cracked and was behind a wall and needed replacement/repair. I have used Payless to install my water heater in my mobile home and was very pleased with it and especially the service of Ezequiel. He came back when I called and fixed the above mentioned problem that I had. I prize customer serrvice more than anything and Ezequiel is the gold standard to my family.
