This was pretty painless. I called around 10 in the morning and was told someone could be out between 12 and 2. Ezequiel got here a little after 1. He explained everything clearly told me my options and gave me an estimate. I accepted and the whole process took less than an hour and a half. Couldn’t be happier. Ezequiel was professional and did a great job!

Our water heater went out the day before we were planning to host a birthday party at our home. We contacted Payless Water Heaters and they were able to come out next day. Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We opted to switch to a tankless water heater and he was able to convert everything over and get us up and running the same day. He explained everything thoroughly and even processed our So Cal Gas rebate for us. Highly recommend!!!

Our hot water tank started leaking, I called Payless and was greeted warmly by Jessica, who promptly set up an appointment window. The Technician actually showed up 30 minutes early, then inspected the tank and confirmed that a change was needed, when I expressed my desire to know more on the tankless system, he proceeded to provide all explanations and answered all my doubts. Upon agreeing, he said that he had everything in his truck to start the job immediately! After about 4 hours we had our new tankless (on demand) hot water system installed and ready, see picture. I would definitely work with this family owned business again and will recommend their work as well.
