Found via Google. Called with a leaking tankless Norwitz water heater and they told us they could get a plumber out by 2-3. They over delivered by getting him there in 30 minutes. Joel was amazing, kind thoughtful and handy. He was able to get parts ordered from the manufacturer quickly. This reduced our overall price ($800 vs $2-3k) as we didn’t need a new one. And that also is less waste of throwing out our fairly new tankless. Also learned we should be flushing yearly ( or maybe more often as we have very hard water). Will recommend to anyone. So happy to add this to my list of contractors.

I can’t recommend them enough, our water heater was a little more than the chain stores, but it’s a *made in USA* unit that will serve us for a long time and is backed by the excellent service provided by techs like Aidan. The installation of the new tank and copper piping looks great. The copper piping was insulated.

Payless has been great in standing behind their installations and doing outstanding, professional work. They are also there when you need them, usually within a day. Plumber Daniel is absolutely awesome.

We are very happy Payless, and their representative David H. They promptly installed our tankless water heater two years ago within hours of when our old tankless heater quit working. David showed us various options and then quickly installed our new system so we could be back up and running with warm water. Since that time he has come when asked to do our annual flush and descaling, so necessary with the hard water in our area.
