These folks made the process of getting a new water heater really easy! Called them early in the morning after knowing our water heater had died. Fully expected no one would answer at such an early hour, I was surprised and elated to talk to a real human who dispatched Daniel & Michael in record time! They explained everything and helped us navigate getting a tankless water heater and all of the rebates that made it almost the same price as a standard heater. So grateful for them and for Danny the electrician/plumber who did the install.
