Excellent service and very professional. Called on a Friday because my old water heater broke. Talked to Bryan and told him that I wanted to upgrade to tankless and he sent out Carlos who took care of the job with no problems. Super skilled, he had my new tankless water heater installed the same day. Took the old one and all the trash with them. Super happy with everything. Definitely recommend!!!

We called Payless Heaters & Plumbing for the first time. Our phone call was returned promptly and they arrived at the scheduled time. Dustin diagnosed a faulty starter in the hot water heater, and swapped it out. It's been working fine for the last month. The repair was 10% the cost of a new heater. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism. We'll certainly call them for any future heating and plumbing needs.

My experience with Payless tankless water heater was amazing. The Technician responsible for correcting a problem with leaking gas is Evan B. From the beginning he was knowledgeable, informative and walked my husband and I thru the whole process. He allowed us to asked questions and was very patient and thorough with all his answers. As it turn out he ended having to correct the entire gas line and wanted the job to be done correctly he didn’t rush to finished because it had to be completed right. He ordered parts and picked them up, He didn’t used any of the ild parts. It’s very unusual these days to find a technician so responsible and committed to his performance. He started to built to the best of his ability the new gas line and reassured us it was going to pass inspection by the gas company. Since the Gas Co. had shut down my gas. He completed the work and I saw a beautiful new gas line with a shut valve . I now felt safe! I was so worried because it was leaking gas. The problem was now corrected and my entire family was relieved because we were safe. I was amazed with Evan B. Workstyle , he is hard working, responsible, really dedicated to his job. I would certainly recommend this company because of the work ethics of the experienced technicians , especially Evan B.
