My first phone contact was with Donovan regarding my Noritz water heater. The home is a rental and my tenant had no hot water. The call was on a Saturday of Memorial weekend. My interest was initially to simply buy the igniter as I had talked with Noritz and did a diagnostic over the phone. Donovan explained that they would provide a complete service call to confirm everything and they could install the part the next day, Sunday. Since my Noritz heater is over 18 years old it needed to be power flushed out. Payless technician Spencer E. Arrived as scheduled and he explained the process before starting, which I accepted. Spencer completed the service, flushed out the system, installed the igniter and I was billed for the quoted agreed amount. I now know to have scheduled flushing service to insure the heater continues to work properly, especially since it has exceeded the units expected life. Hopefully, I can get a few more years or more with proper service. I especially am thankful for the prompt scheduling and competent technician. My tenant is happy too!

Same day service on the day I request the appointment. Originally scheduled install for the following day, Sunday. They had an opening later on Saturday, so I took it. Arrived 40 minutes early and completed install in quickly. Work area left clean. I would highly recommend Payless Water Heater. The previous water heater we had installed over 20 years ago, by Payless.

I don’t usually give reviews but, this service deserves one. My overall experience with Payless was efficient and quick turnarounds. Darren, was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and was very easy to work with. His craftsmanship is truly impressive. He was respectful of my house. He cleaned up after he was done and was very thorough in his explanation once he was done. The materials used and the new setup is fantastic.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was performed the same day . David was polite and very efficient. It was a good experience.

Danny was so amazing! I had several things going on at once when he came to install my new water heater. He was so patient while I was taking a Zoom call, on the phone and handling a number of other tasks. Danny was efficient and so pleasant to deal with overall. He explained everything and even made recommendations that were so helpful. They also have a price match guarantee so I felt comfortable with the quote. He cleaned everything up again when he was finished and checked to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I could not have asked for a better experience especially dealing with something that is so stressful to handle in the moment. I would highly recommend this company. I used them for my last installation 11 years ago.

This was pretty painless. I called around 10 in the morning and was told someone could be out between 12 and 2. Ezequiel got here a little after 1. He explained everything clearly told me my options and gave me an estimate. I accepted and the whole process took less than an hour and a half. Couldn’t be happier. Our water heater went out the day before we were planning to host a birthday party at our home. We contacted Payless Water Heaters and they were able to come out next day. Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We opted to switch to a tankless water heater and he was able to convert everything over and get us up and running the same day.
