This place is incredible, no bs, very professional, from Bianca the rep who created my work order→ Adan, who is literally the best Tech I have ever had work at a residence of mine. This Tech Adan came in, was extremely professional, took his time to explain the process, when he quoted my job, there was no pushing to get more money, no awkward pauses, this guy laid it all out and got me the price that I wanted and went above and beyond in the replacement of my 15 yr old water heater. The job was immaculate, he cleaned the area, he put a TMP in, he put an awesome looking gas shut off that came to the front, no bs, he made it look like a commerical building install. I needed to replace my Bradford White 50 gal gas water heater after 16 years. I went to Bradford White's website and Payless was one of their preferred vendors in my area. I called and they sent Carlos R the next day. Carlos was excellent and did a very nice job removing the old water heater and replacing it with the new one. He was pleasant, knowedgeable and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The back office was also very helpful, supportive and sent updates letting me know when he would arrive. I probably could have saved some money if I had gotten more quotes. But I was very happy with Payless. I would highly recommend them.

We called them late in the evening and they responded and promptly scheduled a next day afternoon appointment. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and notified us 20mins before arrival. Our technician, Ezequiel, quickly evaluated the problem, explained us the issue and was patient in answering any questions that we had. He was able to replace the system in about 3 hours and did a clean job.
Overall we were extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
